At this time we have 300-400 feet of transient space available on any given day from June 1 through September 7.
Prepaid Dockage Available
We understand that it is difficult to know your exact schedule too far in advance, however we are sure you can’t wait to get to Newport.
That is why we’re offering special discounted rates to those who pay ahead of time. Simply target a month and span of time for your stay, pay in advance, and you’ll be covered. We won’t ask for your exact dates until 30 days out.
Introducing our Yacht Tender Program
This season, we are excited to introduce our yacht tender program. This will provide a limited number of special customers the chance to enjoy expanded flexibility and the unparalleled quality of Brown & Howard throughout the season. Enjoy a day trip to Newport or dock with us overnight! Program includes the following terms and conditions:
- Eligible to vessels up to 50 feet in length
- Guests may dock up to 4 hours per visit.
- Each tender includes dockage for 5 overnight stays during the season
- Whether it’s a short tie up or an overnight stay, all vessels must call the dock office ahead of arrival to check slip availability

Bike Shares Coming This Summer!
Experience Newport in style! We are excited to announce that bike shares will be coming to Brown & Howard this summer through a new partnership with Dynamic Bicycles!
Bikes will be available for all guests to rent through an easy-to-use app. Cruise down Bellevue Avenue to discover the majestic Newport mansions, take a ride down scenic Ocean Drive, or head over to Fort Adams for a music festival. There’s so much to see, and now you have the convenience of getting there easily!
