There is a three-step process for foreign arrivals.
- Download the ROAM app
- Call CASC: 207-532-2131 x255
- Go to United States Coast Guard & Customs and Border Protection Electronic Notice of Arrival/Departure
CASC will register the foreign passengers/crew: name, country of origin and passport # then the CASC Office notifies Customs and Border Protection that everything is in order and Customs will send someone to the Vessel. This information can also be uploaded using the ROAM app.
