Members of the public will be welcome to re-enter Fort Adams this Saturday, May 9th as part of the first phase of Governor Gina Raimondo’s three-phase approach to opening the state.
The Fort Adams Trust, in partnership the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (DEM), will offer self-guided tours of the Fort’s 6.5 acre Parade Field, at the center of this National Historic Landmark, according to a notice sent out by the Fort Adams Trust.
They ask visitors to refer to Rhode Island State guidelines in order to adhere to regulations on group sizes, face masks, etc. Offered Daily, from 10 AM – 3 PM
Tickets can be purchased in the Fort Adams Visitor’s Center (members of the Fort Adams Trust get free admission). Hot & Cold Beverages and Snacks will be sold in the Visitor’s Center.
